🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant sales experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and coverage objectives

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

  • Execute sales plans, promotions, and market activations

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards

  • Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities

  • Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies
