🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant sales experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Achieve assigned sales targets and coverage objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Execute sales plans, promotions, and market activations
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities
Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies
